custom designed shoes by milk and honey

New in from the US a web site that allows you to custom-design your own shoes.  Apparently the site lets you select a shoe base like pumps, flats, sandals (coming soon wedges and booties) then pimp it to the tee. Great idea, pity we couldn’t get it to work on any of our computers. Technology for you eh.

In addition to the ground-breaking shoebuilder  (ah hem, cough cough), milk & honey offers an entire “signature collection” section with pre-made shoes where customers can modify colour and heel height and an “inspirational gallery” where women can see examples of shoes that can be made using the alleged shoebuilder. Oh and for the vegans and save the planet types milk & honey offers an entire line of animal free shoes.

Love's Kitchen

Rob Haley (Dougray Scott, Desperate Housewives, Mission Impossible 2), a talented chef and restaurateur in London, is grief stricken after losing his wife in a tragic automobile accident. As his life begins to spiral out of control, he also loses his magic touch in the kitchen. After a terrible review from a food critic, old friend and world-famous chef Gordon Ramsay (Himself, Hell’s Kitchen) pays him a visit which inspires him to take control and reclaim the life he once had.

Rob, his daughter and his loyal staff leave the troubled past behind and move to a village to turn a run-down countryside pub into a local gourmet eatery. As the doors open to the new pub Kate Templeton (Claire Forlani, Meet Joe Black, CSI: New York), an American food critic with a troubled love life enters Rob’s life.

The last thing Rob needs is an uppity critic with a bad taste in men to ruin his new life.

Dead Hooker in a Trunk

Set in beautiful Vancouver, four friends set out on an everyday errand and end up in a fight for their lives when they discover the body of a dead hooker left in their trunk.

Thrown into their own personal purgatory, they face off against persistent police, a sleazy motel manager, chainsaw wielding triads, and a brutal serial killer. All the while they are followed by a mysterious Cowboy Pimp who wants to claim the corpse for his own.

Will they uncover the truth behind the body and be able to stand up to their demons? Buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life filled with gun fights, extreme violence, blood, guts, gore, and goats.
